Controls
How do I steer?
On iPhone you tilt the phone. Lean left or right to steer, tip the top away from you to push, and tip it back toward you to brake. Tap anywhere to hop. Shake the phone, or tap the SHAKE button, to fling off Melties stuck to the ball.
The ball drifts or spins on its own
However you hold the phone when a run starts counts as level. If you change position, tap the tilt dial at the top of the screen to re-level. Pausing re-levels too. You can change tilt sensitivity in Settings.
Can I play without tilting?
Yes. Tap the gear on the title screen and set Steer with to Touch: drag on the bottom half of the screen to steer, tap HOP and hold BRAKE. On iPad you can choose tilt or touch. Game controllers work on iPhone and iPad.
Playing
What can I swallow?
Anything with a white rim is smaller than you: roll over it. A dashed orange rim means it's bigger than you and will knock snow off. Ball size is shown in metres, and a 2 m fence needs a ball of at least 2 m.
How do I open the other towns?
Each town has goals on its map (tap the minimap during a run). Complete two goals in a town to open the next one.
Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?
Your snowflakes, upgrades, unlocked towns and best runs are saved on your device only. Deleting the app deletes them.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
