Does the app need internet or an account?
No. The app has no network code at all and no sign-in.

Where is my data kept?
On your device only. You can export your own log as a CSV file whenever you want, and it goes only where you choose.

Why does the app ask about smoking, pregnancy, or contraceptives in Settings?
Those are the profile choices that change the pace the app uses for you. Nothing else is asked for, and nothing is sent anywhere.

Can I turn off the sleep-based bedtime suggestion?
Yes — that row lives in Settings, and the app still works without it.

What do I need to run it?
An iPhone on iOS 17 or later.
